Burger Dust 3oz

I put it on some meat then somehow my wife threw it out and I never got to try it on venison burgers which it what I got it for. 😏

Started using Wild Eats Burger rub last year and the family loved it. Just used it this year on a spring bear I took here in ID and it was amazing.

I just made my first pot of chili and it was a huge success. The spice pack delivers the perfect spice and perfect amount of heat. I just picked up some Elk meat to get started on pot number 2.

Absolutely the best rubs and seasonings I’ve ever used. It was awesome on our venison and mallards and beef ribs, which are hard to ruin, but I was blown away when we used it on snow geese. Snows are notorious for their livery taste (liver is the only thing I can’t stand.). We ground some snows with a small amount (10%) of organic beef fat and mixed it with the burger dust.

I then did an Artisan Rub on snows and tossed em on the Traeger to smoke.

Amazing. I’ll never bad mouth a snow again.

Can’t wait to use the Controlled Burn Chile mix with the ground snows.

It makes my homemade burgers taste better than everything else.
