Ginger, Citrus and Peppercorn Rub is great on upland game birds, waterfowl & poultry (don't tell anybody but it also works great on beef, lamb and pork). This blend is designed to add a refreshing tone to your meat.
The combination of ginger, the fragrance of citrus peel and the earthy qualities of peppercorns are a triple addition to whatever you put it on. It has a subtle balance to accent - not dominate the natural flavors of your meat. This Blend is great as a Dry Rub OR used to flavor a brine for your white meat items like upland birds, poultry, and pork.
