The "Ginger, Citrus and Peppercorn Rub", for waterfowl, poultry and upland game birds, (don't tell anybody but it also works great on beef, lamb and pork). This blend is designed to add a refreshing tone to the full flavors of your food products. The combination of ginger, the fragrance of citrus peel and the earthy qualities of peppercorns are a triple edition to whatever you put it on. It has a subtle balance to accent not dominate the natural flavors of fish and meat.. We are currently designing an area of our website to address the proper handling procedures of waterfowl in order to give the consumer a better chance of achieving superior results. Our goal is to maximize its potential as a flavorful food source. Too often waterfowl is a victim of misunderstanding or mishandling with less than desirable results. Hopefully this product and this information will allow a greater number of people the opportunity to enjoy the outstanding table value these birds can offer.
