   Founded by Chef John McGannon in 1996, WILDEATS Enterprises® is the accumulation of over 35 years of experience in some of our nation's finest dining establishments and a lifetime of preparing nature's bounty at the highest level.

   We are Finally Happy to announce our New Look, New Products, Reduced Pricing and a New expanded range of diversity! For 15 years we have marketed our superior line of products to the hunting and fishing community with a very loyal following, acheiving an almost cult-like status. It gives us great pide when, at various shows throughout the western U.S. to hear folks walking down the isles lean over to their buddy and say, "hey there's YOUR spice guy"! Its with this inspiration that we are expanding our spectrum and openning up our doors and products to main stream America. We have redesigned and reduced our package size to 3 oz. which allowed us to lower our unit pricing. We have also upgraded by using only organic sea salt.

   We are also very proud of the discount programs we are offering our military andthose who spend their time in wild life conservation. Check with your organization to see if they are involved in our programs. If they are not have them contact us and we'll get them on board.
   

    Chef McGannon is widely recognized as one of the leading authorities on fine wildgame cuisine and has opened thirteen restaurants in New York, Florida, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and San Francisco. His list of personal clients includes the Who’s Who of the United States and his culinary expertise and background is both traveled and praised.

   For the past fifteen years WildEats has impressed crowds of loyal TEAM Members who've attended Wild Life Conventions, support Conservation Fund Raising Organizations, have heard from fellow TEAM members, read our articles in Bugle and other outdoor publications or tried our line of fine rubs and seasonings.

    It has always been the personal goal of Chef McGannon to share his insight to the amalgamation of haute cuisine and the delicate world of preparing wild game and fish…culminating in extraordinary results. Our Rubs are designed to bring out the best flavors in whatever they are used for.
   

   With this in mind, WildEats Enterprises® has a complete line of DRY RUBS and Seasoning Blends. We have searched the world over for the most flavorful herbs and spices and all of our Blends are 100% NATURAL and Preservative and Filler Free. Each of our custom blends is designed to enhance, not overshadow your meat, fish or vegetables. Preparing fine Cuisine is all about balance and so are our Blends.
